under Control Panel in the left pane, select
Switch to Classic View.

under Control Panel in the left pane, select
Switch to Classic View by pressing TAB, and then

Regional and Language Options icon by pressing
the arrow keys.

Select the
Details button under Text services and input
languages. |

Languages tab by pressing CTRL+Tab.

keyboard layout you want.

arrow keys to select the keyboard layout you want

Press Tab
to move to the OK button in each dialog box.
