Using the Control Panel to Set Accessibility Options |Step by Step:  Using the Passwords Icon

If you use a computer that is also used by others, you may want to save your personal accessibility settings so that when you log on to the computer after someone else has used it, the Windows operating system will automatically switch to your settings.

You do this in one tab of the Passwords icon:  User Profiles.
