Using the Control Panel to Set Accessibility Options |Displaying and Adjusting Pointer Trails

You can add a trail to the mouse pointer, which makes it easier to see on Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) screens. You can also change the length of the pointer trail.

Before you begin

The procedure below assumes you have already opened Control Panel and accessed the Motion tab. See Accessing the Motion Tab.

On the Motion tab, in the Pointer trail area:

n         Click the Show pointer trails check box.

On the Motion tab:

n         Move to the Show pointer trails check box by pressing ALT+T.

n         To select the check box, press SPACEBAR.

To adjust the length of the pointer trails, move the slider.

To adjust the length of the pointer trails:

n         Move to the slider by pressing TAB.

n         Then press the LEFT ARROW or RIGHT ARROW keys.

Click OK.

Press ENTER.
