Using Other Control Panel Options Programs | Adjusting Mouse Options

 

Select the Mouse icon in Control Panel to customize your mouse settings.

On the Start menu:

n         Point to Settings.

n         Select Control Panel.

Display the Start menu by pressing CTRL+ESC (or the Windows logo key).

n         Move to Settings by Pressing S.

n         Select Control Panel by pressing C.

In Control Panel:

n         Double-click the Mouse icon.

In Control Panel:

n         Select the Mouse icon by using the arrow keys.

n         Press ENTER.

In the Mouse Properties dialog box, select the appropriate tab:

n         To change how the mouse buttons work, select the Buttons tab.

n         To change how the pointer looks, select the Pointers tab.

n         To change how the pointer moves, select the Motion tab.

n         To examine or troubleshoot mouse properties, select the Hardware tab.

In the Mouse Properties dialog box, select the appropriate tab by pressing CTRL+TAB (continue pressing TAB until you reach the desired tab).

n         To change how the mouse buttons work, select the Buttons tab.

n         To change how the pointer looks, select the Pointers tab.

n         To change how the pointer moves, select the Motion tab.

n         To examine or troubleshoot mouse properties, select the Hardware tab.
