Place the
insertion point where you want the items from the Clipboard
to be pasted.

Office Clipboard task pane by pressing ALT and then,
CTRL+TAB. |

In the Office Clipboard task pane:
To paste items one at a time:
n
Select each
item you want to paste.
Each time you select an item it will be
pasted in your open document.
To paste all the items you copied at
once:
n
Select
Paste All. |

TAB key to move to the first item you want to paste.

Press
ENTER.

Press the
DOWN ARROW to move to each additional item you want to
paste, and press ENTER.
To paste all of the items you copied at
