In your Word document:
n
Select the
text you want to change.
Do one of the following:
To apply the color most recently used for
text
n
Select
Font Color on
the Formatting toolbar.
To apply a different color
n
Select the
arrow next to the Font Color button, and then select
the color you want. |
In your Word document:
n
Select the
text you want to change by pressing SHIFT+ the arrow keys
until all of the text is highlighted.
Do one of the following:
To apply the color most recently used for
text
n
Move to the
menu bar by pressing ALT.
n
Move to the
Formatting toolbar by pressing CTRL+TAB.
n
Move to the
Font Color
button by pressing TAB.
n
Press
ENTER.
To apply a different color
n
Open the
Format menu by pressing ALT+O.
n
Select
Font by pressing F.
In the Font dialog box:
n
Select the
Font tab by pressing ALT+N.
n
Move to the
Font Color box by pressing TAB.
n
Press
ENTER.
n
Move to the
color you want by pressing the arrow keys.
n
Press
ENTER.
n
Move to the
OK button by pressing TAB.
n
Press
ENTER. |
