Choosing Color and Sound Options | Change the Default Color, Font, and Size for Notes You Create

 

You can change the default color, font, and size for notes you create according to your preferences. Some color, font, and size choices make notes easier to read for people with vision impairments.

On the menu bar:

n         Select Tools.

n         Select Options.

On the menu bar:

n         Open the Tools menu by pressing ALT+T.

n         Select Options by pressing O.

In the Options dialog box, under Notes:

n         Select Note Options.

In the Options dialog box, under Notes:

n         Select Note Options by pressing ALT+N.

In the Note Options dialog box, under Notes Appearance:

n         Select color and size options.

n         Select Font.

In the Note Options dialog box, under Notes Appearance:

n         Select the Color options by pressing ALT+L and then pressing the arrow keys to select a color.

n         Select the Size options by pressing ALT+Z, and then pressing the arrow keys to select a size.

n         Select the Font by pressing ALT+F to move to the Font dialog box.

In the Font dialog box:

n         Select Font.

n         Choose a font.

n         Select Font Style.

n         Choose a font style.

n         Select Size.

n         Choose a size.

n         Select OK.

In the Font dialog box:

n         Select Font by pressing ALT+F, and then pressing the arrow keys to select a font.

n         Select Font Style by pressing ALT+Y and then pressing the arrow keys to select a font style.

n         Select Size by pressing ALT+S and then pressing the arrow keys to select a font size.

n         Press ENTER.

Select OK.

Press ESC.
