  We’ll
start this tutorial by placing a title on our web page.
Your cursor should be flashing on the left-hand
side of the white area. The upper left corner, above the
white area, should indicate: new_page_1.htm (like
the picture on the right).
  If
you do not see a new_page_1.htm screen, as described above, look
in the
upper left corner
of you screen
under File
in the
Menu Bar
for a
small white sheet of paper.
Move your cursor over the paper and the help text box should
indicate
Create a
new normal page.
Click-on
the
sheet of paper
and a new_page_1.htm design area will appear.
